Just because your body has matured, doesn’t mean you have to stop moving it! Our Golden Age Yoga in Cairns gives you modifications of all sorts to accommodate your body’s personal quirks, allowing you to continue experiencing the joy of yoga at any age. Meri will provide chair options if needed and will customise the poses according to your needs. This is a great way to keep your mind and body full of life, peace, and happiness.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% cancellation fee, will be no refund less than 12 hours from the scheduled class. PLEASE NOTE: All members must be vaccinated after 17 Dec 2021.
