Happy Pain Pilates(Back care)
Pilates is one of the most accessible systems of exercise to improve your balance, core strength and flexibility. With simple movements that can each be modified to increase or decrease difficulty, it’s a class that everyone can participate in (and there’s no need to have a more ‘advanced’ class!)
We focus on alignment, breathing, and developing the ‘powerhouse’ of your body – the core. You’ll learn better control over your body, be able to achieve greater stability, and develop your body’s endurance for all sorts of other activities.

Get your booty shaking and work it! This class is designed with fun in mind. A fusion of Pilates and basic barre exercise, we turn up the music and have a boogie while focusing on working the glutes and legs!
We ask that you have attended at least 3 of the Happy Pain Pilates classes before attending this so you are familiar with the foundations of Pilates before trying this more challenging (and satisfying!) class.
Pre/Post Natal Pilates
Pregnancy is one of the most inspiring human feats. Your body has to do some serious work to grow, birth, and then care for a little human. So, Meri has developed this very special Pilates class to work with mothers and mothers-to-be to empower their bodies and minds to achieve this magnificent accomplishment.
Everyone will be at different stages of their pregnancy journey, so there is no pressure and plenty of gentle support and warm energy at this class. Come along, even if it is just to socialise with other mothers and young bubs!
Ball and Band
The exercise ball and stretchy band might be considered traditional exercise equipment these days, but these originals are still a winning combination. Using these in just the right way can enhance your workout, strengthening muscles that you don’t typically use when doing cardio or lifting weights.
Abs, Bums & Thighs Pilates
This is a class that works those parts of the body that almost everyone wants to get into tip top shape. Combining Pilates principles with general exercise, we target the toning of your glutes, the strengthening of your core, and the powering up of your thighs!
This is Meri’s favourite class so it’s not one to miss if you’re trying to shape your body to its perfect form while thoroughly enjoying yourself!
