This is a class that works those parts of the body that almost everyone wants to get into tip top shape. Combining Pilates principles with general exercise, we target the toning of your glutes, the strengthening of your core, and the powering up of your thighs! This is Meri’s favourite class so it’s not one to miss if you’re trying to shape your body to its perfect form while thoroughly enjoying yourself!
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will be charged 50% cancelation fee , will be no refund less than 6 hours from the scheduled class.
