Service Description

Pilates is one of the most accessible systems of exercise to improve your balance, core strength and flexibility. With simple movements that can each be modified to increase or decrease difficulty, it’s a class that everyone can participate in (and there’s no need to have a more ‘advanced’ class!) We focus on alignment, breathing, and developing the ‘powerhouse’ of your body – the core. You’ll learn better control over your body, be able to achieve greater stability, and develop your body’s endurance for all sorts of other activities. Come join us for a Pilates class and find out how easy and effective it can be for you!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will be charged 50% cancelation fee , will be no refund less than 6 hours from the scheduled class.
