Service Description
Pilates is one of the most accessible systems of exercise to improve your balance, core strength and flexibility. With simple movements that can each be modified to increase or decrease difficulty, it’s a class that everyone can participate in (and there’s no need to have a more ‘advanced’ class!) Happy Pain's Cairns Pilates classes focus on alignment, breathing, and developing the ‘powerhouse’ of your body – the core. You’ll learn better control over your body, be able to achieve greater stability, and develop your body’s endurance for all sorts of other activities. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% cancellation fee, will be no refund less than 12 hours from the scheduled class. PLEASE NOTE: All members must be vaccinated after 17 Dec 2021.
