Happy Pain HIIT Yoga
This is a class for those who have connected with the meaning of Happy Pain. Uniting the HIIT (high intensity interval training) method with yogic poses this class gives you a proper workout and really challenges your body.

Happy Pain Yoga
Yoga has been tried and tested over thousands of years as a method for maintaining the human body and all its functions. In this mobility-focused class, Meri takes you through poses and movements that loosen up the joints and exercise the muscles that support your frame.
This is especially useful if you’re finding your knees are starting to hurt, your neck clicks as you roll it around, or you generally feel creaky as you move your limbs. Gently get your body temperature up and circulation flowing to allow your body to start moving fluidly once again.
Yoga for Digestion
It's not uncommon for those with bowel issues to think that it's all about the food they eat. They often deprive themselves of particular foods in hope that it will fix things. Fortunately, there may be another way.
This special yoga class is designed for those who might have a little trouble on the toilet. Your digestive system is affected by metabolism, which can raise or reducing the risk for health conditions like type 2 diabetes. This class therefore will not only faciltate a good poo, but also raise your overall health!

At Happy Pain, we believe that exercise isn’t all about serious intensity all the time. For exercise to truly be effective, it should also be fun! So, enjoy a little sip of wine, allowing the alcohol to relax your body and mind, and let go of the judgements you place on yourself.
