This timetable is updated 4 times a year (every 3 months) according to attendance and client requests. The timetable is subject to change at short notice.

Special conditions regarding the Stand-Up Paddleboard Balance Fitness classes 

  1. This is a seasonal class and can be cancelled at short notice due to bad weather. (e.g. Thunder storms)

  2. This class needs at least 3 people to go ahead.

Can't find a class?

Classes at the pilates, relaxation, training, aerial, and yoga studios in Cairns can be added to the timetable if there are enough people requesting it, so feel free to contact us and request a class even if you don't see it on the timetable!
